Netbook (sometimes referred to as mini notebooks or subnotebooks) is a new generation of PC. It is a low cost, low weight and portable pc to connect to the internet.It run all routine applications like office, audio-visual files, web browsing and email. Netbooks uses less CPUs and one main downside is that there is no DVD/Cd drive, instead you use USB to run the relevant application.
Netbook'size vary from about 5 inches to over 13 and their weight is, on average, 2 to 3 pounds. Netbooks are being offered by many big companies to users "free of charge" if their client is willing to sign a contract.
Netbooks are a rapidly evolving of small, light and inexpensive laptop computers suited for general computing.
